Some more about me

As a programmer I've built apps, websites and programs, working solo, and as part of a team. Studying at Robert Gordon University has been an incredibly valuable experience, and has helped me to improve my Communication, Problem Solving and Teamwork skills, working in many large projects with a variety of other students. A highlight of my time at Robert Gordon University has been participating in the yearly hackathon, RGUHack. This exciting coding event brings together many students from across RGU to try solve problems in the industry today, encouraging students to improve their problem solving and teamwork abilities.

During my fourth year at Robert Gordon University, I had the privilege of completing a year long software development internship with Imenco. As the main developer on a significant project, I collaborated closely with the Imenco team over the course of a year, contributing to the project's success and gaining invaluable experience in the field.

I've also had the opportunity to gain real world work experience as a Temporary Trainee Engineer with MJD Systems, a Cyber Security and Tech Consultancy company based in Moray. Here I sharpened my skills in Customer Service, Computer Repair and Teamwork.
